Our 'Motherhood Without Stress' workshop was created to strengthen Ukrainian mothers’ mental health after childbirth. The workshop is based on cognitive-behavioral therapeutic techniques and, together with psychoeducational content, it provides strategies and self-help techniques to improve low mood, stress and anxiety. 'Motherhood Without Stress' aims to enable and empower mothers on how to look after their mental health and wellbeing during the particularly challenging period that is motherhood.

Online training to educate and strengthen medical knowledge in Ukraine. Every fortnight, our colleagues from the BG-Clinics run online training sessions. These online training sessions aim to transfer knowledge and strengthen medical care in Ukraine. They invite a variety of specialists and experts to speak, covering a range of interesting topics. The selection of topics is based on Ukrainian needs in consultation with local experts. Examples of the topics covered include: 'crush injuries and compartment syndrome,' 'limb salvage versus amputation,' and 'aftercare of amputations and preparation for prosthetic fitting.' The training starts at 8am (Kyiv time) and the Zoom link remains the same for each topic. These training sessions are open to anaesthesiologists, emergency doctors and general medical practitioners.
